Hennessy Paradis is defined by its graceful character and immediately delights with its rich copper colour. It is a perfectly balanced blend, both voluptuous and round, and combines smoothness and strength with a silky texture. Naturally, it has a flavorful and deep, persistent finish.
Hennessy Paradis was created by Maurice Fillioux in 1979 as a tribute to symphonic music. He compared the blend to ‘a symphonic orchestra’, as “classical music that takes you away and connects with your emotions.” The number of instruments in an orchestra is not necessarily a measure of its success, but rather the purity of sound it creates and the virtuosity of the conductor. The same is true for Hennessy Paradis, a union of exceptional Eaux-de-vie selected for their individual qualities to work together to create a harmonious and graceful cognac.

Middleton's 2020 Vintage Release stands as a testament to Irish whiskey craftsmanship at its finest. This exceptional single pot still expression showcases the distillery's mastery of copper pot distillation and long-term maturation in ex-bourbon and sherry casks.

Rich amber in color, this 750ml bottling reveals layers of orchard fruit, warm spice, and subtle oak on the palate. The full body and velvety finish reflect years of careful aging and expert blending, making it an ideal choice for the discerning whiskey collector.

A limited vintage release from one of Ireland's most prestigious distilleries, this whiskey captures the character and refinement Middleton is renowned for. Perfect for special occasions or as a distinguished addition to any spirits collection.

The first single varietal from Armand de Brignac, this 100% Chardonnay is crafted with fruit sourced from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims terroirs of Champagne. The current assemblage is a trio of vintages; 2009, 2010 & 2012. The first aromas of lightly buttered, baked pastry are followed by notes of pear, hazelnut and a hint of gingerbread. On the palate, flavors of exotic fruits such as guava, gooseberry and peach are complemented by sweet spice notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Fresh, mineral finish. Beautiful paired with carpaccio of shellfish or scallops, sashimi, grilled sea bass or a light cheese.

Nikka Taketsuru's 17-Year-Old Japanese Pure Malt Whisky is a marriage of single malt whiskies distilled at the Yoichi and Miyagikyo distilleries. Once each of the whiskies has been distilled, they are aged for a minimum of 17 years before being vatted together in order to create Taketsuru Pure Malt Whisky. As a result of this vatting, Taketsuru 17 Year Old Pure Malt has a malty aroma, with hints of fruit salad, berries, and plantains. The aroma gives way to notes of vanilla, blood oranges, whipped cream, and milk chocolate on the palate, and leads to a finish with hints of bittersweet oak, cocoa, and fruit.

Our House’s most famous wine was created in 1876 to satisfy the demanding tastes of Tsar Alexander II. The emperor asked Louis Roederer to reserve the House’s best cuvée for him every year. He was particularly fond of the House’s wine. To distinguish this cuvée, this exceptional champagne came in a flat-bottomed, transparent lead-crystal bottle. The new brand was named after this precious material, which is particularly transparent and luminous. Produced uniquely during the best years, when the Chardonnay (around 40%) and Pinot noir (around 60%) grapes have attained perfect maturity, Cristal is aged for 6 years in Louis Roederer’s cellars and left for a further 8 months after dégorgement.

A SYMPHONY OF PURITY AND ELEGANCE

Cristal is remarkably balanced and refined champagne whose length is inimitable. It has a silky texture and fruity aromas, complemented by a powerful mineral quality with white fruit and citrus notes. Cristal is a wine that keeps well: it can be conserved for over twenty years without losing its freshness and character.

Armand de Brignac Gold Brut was the first cuvee introduced to the portfolio and is the flagship. The Cattier family’s ambition during a New Year’s celebration in Chigny-les-Roses was to create the very best prestige cuvee for the 21st century, while still reflecting the rich traditions of winemaking in Champagne. It is in this way that the mastery of blending – vintages, terroirs and grape varieties – is at the essence of Armand de Brignac’s philosophy

TASTING NOTES

On the nose: Peach, apricot and red berry aromas are followed by crystalized citrus, orange blossom and hints of brioche.

On the palate: The palate is rich with cherries, exotic fruits and a touch of lemon, vanilla and honey. The mouth feel is soft and creamy, with a hint of tastiness, from the unique Armand de Brignac dosage which is aged for one year in French oak barrels.

PAIRING

Ideal as an aperitif or pairs perfectly with seared scallops, roasted quail and fresh water fish.

THE TIDES HAVE TURNED

Matured in a slightly higher proportion of Oloroso Sherry casks, this sublime 19-year-old whisky is the epitome of an aged Ardbeg. Part of a highly sought-after and collectible Ardbeg series, Batch 4 is the latest expression. This sublime Traigh Bhan, like the bottles before it, was inspired by Islay’s Traigh Bhan beach (pronounced tri-van).

Ardbeg Traigh Bhan masterfully performs the impossible – balancing the lull and crescendo of its intense flavors. Bottled under a full moon, the tides have turned for this rare spirit as more menthol, and herbal notes rush the senses, with intense smoke left behind in its peaty wake.

In December 2012, Jack Daniel’s released an entirely new Whiskey which was very different from anything they had done before. Unaged Tennessee Rye was the first time in over 100 years that Jack Daniel had used a new grain recipe. This was a very limited release due to the remainder of the Rye Whiskey barrels being left to mature in the warehouses for a future release. Made available to the public with much anticipation and technically not part of a series, this is still the 1st of 3 Rye Whiskey’s that will be released by Jack Daniels. Other than this Unaged Tennessee Rye, there is also a Rested Tennessee Rye which was released in 2014 and an Aged Tennessee Rye which will be released at a future date.

Old Fitzgerald 10-year-old Bourbon 100 Proof 2023 - 750ml

Each spring and fall, a new edition to the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond series is released. Inspired by an original 1950's Old Fitzgerald diamond decanter, the packaging and series honor both the history of the Old Fitzgerald brand and the historic Bottled-in-Bond designation. The Old Fitzgerald line is well-known for its distilling pedigree, as the brand was first registered in 1884 and was eventually sold to "Pappy" Van Winkle during Prohibition. In 1999, Heaven Hill bought the brand and began distilling it at Bernheimer Distillery in Louisville, KY. Today, in addition to our Old Fitzgerald Decanter Series, the legacy of Old Fitzgerald lives on in our other wheaten Bourbons expressions: Larceny Small Batch and Larceny Barrel Proof.
