Resilient 17-Year-Old Finished in Oloroso Sherry Butt is on the nose, caramel-plum pudding, dried fig, chocolate-covered toffee bar, chestnut, and oak spice. On the palate, raisins, and plum in caramel sauce, chocolate-covered almonds, cinnamon, and clove. The finish is long and chewy with caramel-soaked plum and clove lingering longest. Brooding and amazingly balanced.
